Rule 7
Extent of the maximum amount of bonus that an establishment or employee owned by the Government of Nepal can get:
(1) Authorized level employees working in establishments under sub-rule (1) of Rule 6 owned by the Government of Nepal shall receive less than three months' salary of the starting salary scale in one financial year and "more than four months' salary of the starting salary scale" in one financial year. There will be no bonus.
(2) Official level employees working in establishments under sub-rule (2) of Rule 6 owned by the Government of Nepal shall not receive a bonus equal to two months' salary of the initial salary scale in one financial year and employees at a lower level than that shall not receive an amount equal to three months' salary of the initial salary scale in one financial year.
